Description: Ürziger Würzgarten (spice garden of Ürzig) is an extremely steep vineyard where volcanic and slate soils produce exotic spicy aromas, earthiness and tropical fruit flavors. Kabinett is the lightest of the top German Rieslings. Slight sweetness here is kept in check by vibrant acidity, making it a fabulously refreshing food wine.

Food pairing: Riesling is the Margarita of wines, so enjoy it with Mexican as well as sweet & spicy fare like Thai or Indian.
