Grape: Chardonnay

Origin: Mount Veeder, Napa Valley, California

Description: Classic, buttercream Napa Chardonnay. Mango, pineapple, banana and other tropical fruits are balanced with fresh citrus acidity. Oak fermentation and aging add body, complexity and aromas of violet and vanilla. Very hedonistic.

Food pairing: Seafood, poultry and cream-sauces. Substantial enough to stand up to red meat.
