Origin: Sardon de Duero, Spain

Description: Spain’s Rioja region is more famous and expensive, but the same grape, Tempranillo, is at work here. Blended with Cabernet for backbone, the result is both substantial and elegant. Red fruit aromas blend with toast, cloves, licorice and coffee, while oak adds a kiss of vanilla. Should improve for 8 to 10 years. Hope the same is true for you.
