Description: If you let grapes freeze on the vine and press out the ice, you get the sweet, intense concentration that’s fermented into ice wine. This one has a thick, sensual texture, aromas of lychee and mango, a hint of caramel, and plenty of lively citric acidity that keeps it from cloying. The ultimate belly-button wine.
