Origin: Montalcino, Italy

Description: The late-harvest grapes aren’t picked until they’ve concentrated into tiny flavor-bombs. A rich, golden wine with sweet violet nuances from French oak aging. Full and warm with hints of honey, raisins and exotic fruits. So voluptuous, it should be X-rated.

Food pairing: Good with biscotti or flan. Even better poured in the belly button of your significant other.
